What is a TOG?
TOG (Thermal Overall Grade) measures warmth. The higher the number, the warmer the garment. Always choose TOG by room temperature, not the weather outside.
- 0.5 TOG β Light for warm rooms 24Β°C+
- 1.0 TOG β Moderate for 20β23Β°C
- 1.5 TOG β Mild for ~18β22Β°C
- 2.5 TOG β Cosy for 16β19Β°C
- 3.5 TOG β Extra warm for β€15Β°C
