UPDATE : during the holiday season all items will have an extended Exchange Policy and will be eligible for exchange up until 15th January. Refund policy will remain unchanged. 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Sleeping Stars.

If for any reason you are not satisfied you can return your order within 14 days of purchase.

We ask that all items be returned to us within 14 days of your order being delivered, in perfect saleable condition with tags attached.

Simply contact our customer service at ilona@sleepingstars.co.uk to initiate a return.

Please note that items must be returned in their original condition and packaging (do not put any shipping labels on the product boxes)  in order to be eligible for a refund. Don't worry if you have removed a clear plastic bag from the product. 

Once received by our warehouse, returned items are processed within 10-14 working days.

Please note that delivery fees are non-refundable, return shipping fees should be covered by the customer.

If you would like to exchange an item, then another a small additional shipping fee of £3.00 will be applicable
